Jaxdene Solutions are a privately owned Logistics, Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment business based in Chatteris.
Following some new contract wins and an investment in our processes and infrastructure, we are looking to recruit a new Account Coordinator to support our existing core business.
Reporting into the Key Account Manager, your role will be to provide a variety of administration and compliance support, as well as act as the first point of contact for new candidates and existing contractor queries.
Day to day responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
* Sourcing and registering new candidates for key accounts based across the UK via phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
* Writing and posting adverts on job boards and social media and reviewing the responses for potential suitability
* Supporting the Key Account Manager in delivering on set KPI's relating to driver availability and performance
* Ensuring compliance against client and internal SLA's
* Providing full administration support on SharePoint (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) as well as some client internal systems.
This role comes with full training, so experience in a similar recruitment based role is preferred, but not essential. However, there are some key skills which you will need to be able to demonstrate to be successful:
* Open, friendly and confident on the phone, and able to build rapport quickly with a variety of
* Organised and able to prioritise their work load based on the requirements of the account.
* Good knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word etc), social media posting and excellent communications skills.
