Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Machine Operative to work for our client based in the Cannock area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about learning new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
This position is permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include:-
1. Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
2. Learning to operate production equipment.
3. Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues.
4. Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
5. Supporting the production team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:-
6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Reliable and punctual.
8. Good attention to detail.
9. Ability to work well as part of a team.
10. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.
Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am with half an hours lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
£944.00 to £1034.00 per week, includes overtime and shift allowance.
