The Role
Taylor Woodrow is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative support to a project team based in Watford. This role plays an important part in supporting the effective day‑to‑day operation of the business, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team.
The successful candidate will be confident, professional, and attentive to the needs of the team, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and project team
* Manage diaries and coordinate meetings where required
* Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and papers, and take accurate minutes
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and general project documentation
* Sort, distribute, and file documentation, maintaining organised record systems
* Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings in line with company travel policies
* Assist with timesheets and elements of payroll administration
* Support training coordination and maintain training and compliance records
* Use Taylor Woodrow and VINCI IT systems to support project and business activities
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable
* Experience with diary management, travel booking, training compliance, timesheets, or payroll elements would be beneficial but is not essential
* Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage competing priorities
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
