The Junior BI Developer supports the BI team by building reports, validating data, and learning core BI practices. Reporting to the Lead BI Developer, this role contributes to the organization's ability to deliver reliable insights while developing personal technical capability.
Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:
* Interacting with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
* Supporting sprint objectives by completing assigned tasks in Jira.
* Delivering validated reports and data extracts that colleagues rely on.
* Documenting processes and learning new BI tools and practices.
* Participating in Agile activity and collaborating with the team.
* Managing BAU TOPdesk activity for the team.

What you’ll need:
* Some experience or exposure to BI tools and SQL.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Any qualifications at A-Level or above.
* A basic understanding of how quality of BI application affects AI usage and implementation.
* You will understand the core principles of teamwork and agile delivery.
* You will have working knowledge of Power BI basics and SQL fundamentals.
* Your early experience will have equipped you to contribute to sprints and grow into more complex responsibilities.
