Teaching Assistant - Secondary School

* Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide classroom support across a range of subjects to enhance the educational experience.
* Assist students individually and in small groups to ensure they understand the material and are engaged.
* Support teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Help maintain a positive, focused, and energetic learning environment.
* Encourage student participation and boost their confidence in academic performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with secondary school-aged students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
* Proactive and adaptable approach to handle various classroom situations.
* Ability to support students with varying abilities and foster an inclusive educational atmosphere.
Desirable:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a classroom support role.
* Strong subject knowledge in core areas such as English, Maths, or Science.
