Overview
We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated and reliable Learning Support Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. The successful candidate will need to have a positive and flexible approach and will support teachers in the planning, delivery and evaluation of lessons. The role is offered term-time only, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and applications for job-share will be considered.

Location: St Joseph’s College, Reading, Berkshire. Situated in the heart of Reading, St Joseph’s College is the leading independent day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18 in Berkshire.

Responsibilities
* Support teachers in the planning, delivery and evaluation of lessons.

* Support the College’s safeguarding and welfare commitments.
Requirements
* Positive and flexible approach to work.
* Term-time contract: 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday; applications for job-share will be considered.
* Experience as a Learning Support Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant is desirable but not explicitly required.
