Job Title: Project Professional - Business Change Delivery

Salary: £40,748+ depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
1. Helping lead the development and embedding of Business Change Management framework and it's application within the SSNA projects
2. Facilitating the delivery of business change management, ensuring the adoption of change elements through use of recognised approaches
3. Providing support and direction to ensure Business Benefits are measured, tracked and aligned to existing benefit tracking frameworks
4. Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a full and detailed plan is compiled and executed
5. Proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure they are managed within the risk management system
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
6. Microsoft Tools
7. Stakeholder management and excellent communicator
8. Confident in delivering and presenting data to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
9. PM qualification or relevant experience
Desirable:
10. Atlassian toolset - Jira and Confluence used on a daily basis
11. Leadership exp would be advantageous
