The Role You’ll support a fast-paced team ranging from Associate to Principal level, working closely with a long-standing EA. Key Responsibilities Diary & Travel Management – Complex global scheduling and logistics Expenses & CRM – Processing and logging interactions Document S upport – PowerPoint presentations and reports Meeting Prep – Pre-meeting research and coordination Events – Internal and client event coordination Who We’re Looking For Experience – 2–3 years in a similar support role, ideally in finance Team Player – Collaborative, grounded, and “muck-in” attitude Proactive & Organised – Able to manage multiple priorities with ease Polished & Professional – Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Why Join?
