Day-to-day of the role:

* Assist in scheduling appointments, managing meetings, and overseeing calendar entries.
* Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
* Update databases and ensure all information is current and correctly entered.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
* Provide general support to staff members to enhance office efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
* Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on attention to detail.
