Purpose of the role We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help drive meaningful change across our UK business. In this role, you’ll analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals. You’ll champion the business analysis function, helping to boost efficiency and support our continued growth. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Design Promote best practices in business analysis, including tools, templates, and standards. Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities, supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making. Define approaches for requirements gathering, feasibility studies, and benefit tracking. Drive analysis activities across projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Produce high-quality analysis artefacts to support transformation initiatives. Process Analysis & Improvement Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and embedding best practices. Create detailed process maps to highlight inefficiencies and areas for optimisation. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance. Conduct end-to-end process evaluations and manage usability testing. Change Management Support teams through change, promoting adoption and customer satisfaction. Identify and address resistance to change by demonstrating the value of improvements. Align business analysis activities with change management methodologies to ensure successful delivery. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand their strategic needs. Act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Collaborate with developers and business units to validate solutions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Project Delivery Lead planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure all documentation is high-quality, consistent, and centrally maintained. Define scope, roles, and responsibilities for the Business Analysis team. Oversee project analysis and produce key documentation including feasibility studies, requirements, and business cases. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Explore opportunities for innovation through automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and champion the use of KAIZEN. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and change management. Own and evolve Business Analysis tools and templates. Essential Experience, Qualifications or Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience of leading a team of Business Analysts Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, business optimization activities Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Good understanding of SDLC and other project methodologies Extensive experience of working in Agile and waterfall environments. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and business analysis tools such as Visio Ability to work under pressure and within fixed time scales. Ability to work independently when required and manage your own workload. Desirable Experience, Qualifications, or skills Business analysis certification Prince2 qualifications Change management qualifications. Formal training in Six Sigma, Lean or similar Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SoX, GDPR,).
