We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Baby Room Leader to join our nurturing team and lead our baby room with love, care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the baby room team, ensuring a warm, safe and stimulating environment for our babies.
* Plan and implement age appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Promote positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Ensure high standards of care, hygiene and safety at all times
* Support staff development and contribute to a collaborative working environment
* Monitor and record children's progress, completing observations and reports
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience working with babies in a nursery setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
* Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience (desirable)
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Passionate, reliable, and nurturing personality
