Duties

* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
* Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
* Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for the creation of visually appealing graphics and content.
* Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop B2B marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
* Foster strong communication channels within the team to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
* Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring junior team members and promoting a collaborative work environment.
* Knowedlge of Tik Tok,Meta marketing minmium 2 years experince in relavent field or in creative..
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices to enhance online visibility.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design purposes is advantageous.
* Experience using Shopify for website management is essential.
* Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making is required.
* Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Strong copywriting abilities to create engaging content across various platforms.
* Experience in social media management, with a focus on driving engagement and brand awareness.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint for presentations.
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to meet deadlines consistently.
