TeamJobs are recruiting for a Production Manager to join a fast-growing, high-volume operation. Step into a high-impact managerial role where you will take ownership of performance, lead large teams, and make a real difference on the shop floor. This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates from automotive, vehicle processing, recycling/waste, heavy industry or other high-throughput production environments.
Hours: Monday to Friday. Rotational Shifts: 6.00 - 15.00 & 15.00 - 00.00. 42.5 hour per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts and warehouse
* Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making
* Drive output, productivity and labour efficiency in real time
* Manage operational flow and remove bottlenecks across multiple areas
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
* Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety and profitability
Requirements
* Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
* Track record of delivering output in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness
* Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
Desired Experience
* Automotive manufacturing or vehicle processing
* Recycling / waste management
* FMCG or high-speed production
* Logistics or distribution at scale
