Sales Administrator
Location: Mildenhall
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Overview
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Sales / Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team based in Mildenhall. This role plays a key part in keeping customer interaction running smoothly — coordinating between departments, managing paperwork, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling
Prepare and process delivery and shipment documentation
Maintain accurate system records and job data
Provide updates and clear communication to customers
Process purchase orders, invoices, and job costings
Monitor progress of daily operations and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues
Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, sales or logistics would be beneficial
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
