UX Design - Manchester - Government Projects - DV Clearance
I am working with a well known client who are looking for an experienced UX Designer in their Manchester team.
Due to the nature of their projects with government clients, we are looking for sole British Nationals with existing DV clearance or a willingness to undergo it.
As a UX Designer, you'll sit within a multidisciplinary internal capability alongside business analysts, change managers and user researchers, providing UX expertise to delivery teams. The role exists to ensure user challenges are clearly understood and translated into intentional, testable and refined experiences that deliver measurable value. You'll contribute to a range of products, including analytics, search, workflow and assurance tools used by a wide variety of users.
What you'll be doing:
1. Deliver user-centred design and applying appropriate tools and methods to tackle design challenges and remove blockers.
2. Leading workshops and working with user researchers to capture and interpret user needs and feedback.
3. Creating wireframes in Figma that reflect strong UX principles and presenting them to stakeholders to communicate design decisions.
4. Turning concepts into interactive prototypes and iterating designs based on user evaluation and feedback.
