Area Sales Manager – Northern Ireland

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious leader to manage and grow sales in the Belfast area. This role offers a rewarding career experience within a global organisation renowned for its foodservice solutions.
Key Accountabilities
* Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and volume targets for your assigned area
* Responsible for role‑modeling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools.
* Maintain and strategically grow the customer base and market share in your assigned area, making us the partner of choice for solutions and range.
* Be responsive and flexible to your customers' needs.
* Develop and implement sales plans for your area in line with our Recipe for Growth strategy.
* Drive the adoption of the Sysco Online ordering platform by existing and new customers.
Requirements
* In‑depth knowledge of the hospitality, food & catering market.
* Desired 3–5 years field sales experience within the foodservice sales market.
* High level of flexibility.
* Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Proactive approach to customer needs.
* Strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
* Use of Salesforce CRM desirable.
* Full clean B driving licence.
