Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist based in Banbury. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machinery, performing machining tasks such as milling, and ensuring the quality of machined components through quality control processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and inspecting machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Machine Operation and CNC Machining
* Experience with Milling techniques and related processes
* Knowledge of Quality Control practices to maintain high standards
* Understanding of machinery maintenance and operation
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Relevant certifications or technical training in CNC machining or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting is a plus
