About the job
1. To ensure that all ordered goods are despatched to consumers from the warehouse in good condition and in a timely manner.
2. Process inbound deliveries
3. Ensure all health and safety aspects of the warehouse are adhered to
4. To provide additional administration support for the Consumer Care team where required
Your tasks
5. To pick, pack & post goods issue spare parts for delivery, including point of sale orders from retailers
6. To pick, pack and book in DHL deliveries for ROI customers
7. To place orders for technicians on SAP and coordinate pick up for their PUDO
8. Check stock, book in and put away deliveries from suppliers
9. Process customer returns in SAP if needed
10. To source and obtain general office stationery and supplies
11. To attend Health and Safety meetings where required and enforce local actions
12. Carry out regular Health and Safety checks in line with business guidelines
13. To provide general administrative support
14. Other duties as required by the Consumer Care Team Leader & Consumer Care Manager
Requirements
Education and qualifications:
15. PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
16. Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
17. Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused role
18. Experience of using business operating systems e.g. SAP, CRM an advantage
Other skills:
19. Ability to execute fast accurate and professional results handing multiple tasks and assignments.
20. The ability to recognize pressing issues and resolve immediately or escalate to enable smooth business function.
21. The ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanour at all times, even when dealing with customer conflict.
22. Ability to undertake a physical workload and awareness of manual handling requirements
