Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Lincoln team as a Wealth Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will assist with daily administrative tasks and support senior colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
What will you do?
* Communicate with Financial Advisers and clients.
* Prepare and process new client documentation and amendments.
* Monitor asset and cash transfers from other institutions.
* Support ISA subscriptions and transfers.
* Process client payments.
* Coordinate with Business Support colleagues on client account administration.
* Ensure accurate recording of client details and reviews.
* Maintain general records and electronic filing.
* Adhere to Conduct Risk standards.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Previous administration experience.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numerical tasks.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
Nice-to-have
* Ability to pursue industry-relevant qualifications.
