Area Sales Manager - Framework
Home Based / Field Sales - North Midlands

Framework Area Sales Managers will be expected to manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area. This includes a mix of end user, GPO, and Public Sector business. The main focus will be building strong relationships to unlock growth opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
* Role model our company values and purpose.
* Build and leverage strong customer relationships through curiosity in the independent sector.
* Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
* Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
* Understand competitor activity and proposals to ensure your customers receive the best local solutions.
* Work with Framework Partners to onboard new business.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
You should be highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business. Tenacious and resilient, you're a self-starter with the drive to succeed and experience in delivering against targets. You should also be motivated to develop yourself continuously, leveraging learning opportunities and development programs. There are opportunities to progress into various commercial roles to develop your career.
You will need to be confident with our modernisation programme and new technology, such as Salesforce (experience not essential but advantageous).
