We are expanding our product portfolio and are active in all areas of aesthetic dentistry. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst in our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH).
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics: Support CRM systems, participate in testing new features, support users, analyze data for platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
2. Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across SAP CRM and Salesforce, run quality checks, and promote data governance.
3. Business Intelligence & Reporting: Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics, analyze data for insights.
4. AI & Digital Tools: Utilize AI solutions for performance tracking, automate reports, and explore new tools.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support: Analyze market trends, support strategic reviews, and assist in commercial planning.
Who You Are

* Strong communicator with a passion for data and digital transformation.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
* Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar.
* Background in data analysis or sales operations.
* Experience with AI tools, data modeling, and automation.
