What you’ll be doing
As Head of Operations, you will lead the delivery of high-quality service from Brit’s underwriting support services across all underwriting channels, including delegated, open market, and inwards reinsurance. You will ensure that service delivery aligns with business needs and consistently achieves positive outcomes.
You will also drive continuous improvement in processes, data quality, and control environments within all underwriting operations lines, including Delegated, Open Market/Treaty, Internal Broker, and Credit Control. Additionally, you will be a key member of the Brit Operations Leadership team, contributing to the delivery of a high-standard operations function for BGS.
