Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon probation completion). T&Cs apply.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our clinical team. This role involves delivering assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, and managing your own caseload with support from the clinical team. The position offers a chance to make a significant impact through a holistic, therapeutic approach.
Our clinical team supports a nurturing environment, prioritizing safeguarding and involving pupils in decisions affecting them. We aim to build futures by empowering vulnerable young people.
Location options include Barton School, Bradford Beacon School, and Armley Grange School.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters or Doctorate).
* Experience working with children/young people with intellectual disabilities or autism, including complex trauma and mental health needs.
* Registered with HCPC.
* Leadership and management experience and qualifications are desirable.
