About the role
Quality Data Administrator and Admin Officer in the Nursing Quality Team at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Band 5 (£31,049 - £37,796 pro rata). 30 hours per week with flexible working options.
Are you passionate about data, detail, and making a difference in healthcare? #TeamMKUH is hiring a highly organized individual to support our Nursing Quality Team in a dual role that provides high‑level data analysis and administrative support to the Deputy Chief Nurse and corporate quality team.
Responsibilities
* Provide and disseminate Nursing Quality Data analysis reports as requested to defined team members.
* Access sensitive complex quality data and produce analytic reviews across a range of fields.
* Provide administrative support to defined members of the team.
* Support the collection and processing of a wide range of data into accurate and appropriate formats, including physical collection of documents from across the site.
* Deliver data analysis reports and deliverables within agreed timescales required for internal and external reporting.
* Provide support and guidance on the use of data collection systems used by the Trust.
* Communicate and work with other key individuals in teams such as Performance and Information and the Information Governance team to ensure accurate and effective data is used within reports.
Other duties
* Provide high‑quality personal assistant support to the Deputy Chief Nurse (DCN) and corporate quality team, managing diaries, meeting preparations, booking rooms, handling telephone communications, maintaining sickness and annual leave records, arranging hospitality and producing accurate minutes.
* Liaise with a wide range of people, internally and externally, ensuring a professional image of the Trust, DCN and Quality team.
* Participate in programs of change, both departmentally and on a broader organisational setting, generating ideas and innovative ways of working.
* Investigate issues and problems and propose solutions or resolutions.
