Deputy Manager
Are you ready to be part of a transformative new service that’s redefining mental health care? We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
We’re excited to launch a 26-bed nurse-led residential service designed to support adults with enduring mental health conditions who no longer require hospital-level care. Located within the serene grounds of Burton Park, this innovative model offers a safe, therapeutic, and homely environment with 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitative support.
What you'll be doing
* As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
* Working as Senior Nurse ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families and visitors.
* Appling relevant policies and statutory requirements within framework of governance and communicates requirements to the wider team.
* Ensuring that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment and that statutory requirements are met.
* Respect and apply the requirements of diversity and inclusion, promoting and role modelling these across the team.
What you'll bring to the role

NMC required. You will have at least 18 Months – 2 years’ experience post-registration along with demonstrable expertise within a clinical specialty.
