Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum Level 2 child care qualification needed, preferably level 3. Additional training will be give if needed. Be a passion for working with children and possess the skills necessary to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves engaging with children from 2 to 4 years old, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their development through play and educational activities.
Duties
* Supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
* Create and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that encourage learning through play.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for children at all times.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and playtimes.
* Keep accurate records of children's activities, behaviours, and developmental milestones.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the childcare setting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
* Strong management and leadership skills to effectively guide a team if required.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Experience working in a nursery setting is highly desirable.
* A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation if necessary.
* A genuine love for children along with patience and understanding in dealing with their needs.
