We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to join our clients production team in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in manufacturing or warehousing who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and motivating a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets
* Coordinating workflow and ensuring production schedules are met
* Supporting and training new staff members to company standards
* Conducting quality checks and ensuring products meet customer specifications
* Handling basic troubleshooting and escalating issues where necessary
* Monitoring staff performance and providing constructive feedback
* Promoting and ensuring compliance with all health & safety policies
* Acting as the first point of contact for your team and liaising with management
