Job Description
What you’ll do
The Extra Care Scheme Manager manages daily activities and builds a successful care team delivering personal care services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of qualified care workers, maintaining care standards, and ensuring all processes are followed, documented, and compliant with regulations.
You will also oversee quality compliance internally and with regulators and contract holders.
