We re looking for a Talent & Development Manager (you might also be known as Talent Development Lead, Learning & Talent Development Lead, or perhaps Organisational Development & Talent Manager) to help shape how talent is identified, developed and retained across my client's organisation based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Taking full ownership of senior and early careers development across a multi-site business, you ll shape leadership and high-potential programmes while building your influence across the UK and Europe. You ll spend time where it counts most while still enjoying flexibility. You ll also manage early careers strategies, including apprenticeships and graduate schemes, giving you a broad platform to build your expertise in both senior and emerging talent pipelines. What you'll do You ll lead the development of internal talent across UK and European sites, focusing on leadership development, high-potential programmes and early careers pipelines. You ll work closely with senior stakeholders to embed a strong succession planning framework and ensure key positions are future-proofed. You ll also oversee the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that drive engagement and performance. With no direct reports, you ll operate with autonomy, influencing across teams and shaping the talent agenda with your expertise and ideas. What you'll need Proven experience managing both early careers initiatives and internal talent development programmes Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work strategically and tactically Experience designing and delivering leadership and learning programmes, ideally with some exposure to manufacturing or logistics Experience of working across multiple sites here in the UK and in Europe would definitely be a bonus.
