Kirkhill Primary School is a non-denominational school serving the community of Broxburn. It is part of the Broxburn Academy Cluster. The school roll is currently 248, organised into 11 classes.
The school senior leadership team comprises of the Head Teacher, Depute Head Teacher and a Principal Teacher. The school office is staffed by an administration assistant. We are seeking an enthusiastic pupil support worker to join the support team in the school.

Requirements and Equal Opportunities
This post is considered Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scotland Act 2007. From 28 February 2011 preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council.
This position requires registration with the Scottish Social Services Council. The successful candidate will have three months from commencement in this post to register with the SSSC and to work towards a relevant qualification.
