Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at North Harrow Nursery, Harrow.

We have 4 rooms and care for children from 3 months to 5 years.
Your duties and responsibilities will include
* Work closely with managers to support high-quality practice in line with EYFS
* Help plan activities and monitor children’s learning and development
* Share good practice and support colleagues in their roles
* Offer guidance and encouragement to team members when needed
* Use observations to help plan next steps for children
* Support inclusive practice so all children feel valued and supported
* Build positive relationships with parents/carers
* Follow safeguarding and setting policies with support from managers
* Contribute to team training and ongoing improvements
* Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children
Requirements
* A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential or at least 6 months experience in a nursery setting
* Confident communicator with good spoken and written English
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A clear commitment to safeguarding and children’s wellbeing
* Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain/keep up to date)
Hours
* North Harrow Nursery is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
* The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week
