Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and implementation of benefits management frameworks and strategies.
2. Identify, define, and baseline measurable benefits aligned to programme objectives.
3. Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor benefits realisation.
4. Conduct evaluations to assess programme impact and value for money.
5. Engage senior stakeholders to ensure accountability and ownership of benefits.
6. Provide assurance and challenge to ensure benefits are realistic, measurable, and deliverable.
7. Produce clear reporting and insights to inform decision-making.
Essential Experience
8. Proven experience in benefits management within complex programmes.
9. Strong evaluation and impact assessment experience.
10. Experience working within the public sector environment.
11. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
12. Ability to operate independently and provide strategic oversight
