About the Role
We are expanding our tutoring team in Banbury and are looking for passionate, dedicated SEN Tutors who are committed to inclusive education and confident delivering high-quality one-to-one sessions.
You will work directly with learners in their homes or community settings, providing tailored support that empowers children to thrive academically and emotionally.

Essential Requirements
* Proven experience supporting learners with:
o SEND
o SEMH
o Additional needs
* Confidence delivering personalised 1:1 sessions
* Driving licence (preferred due to local travel)
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
