Were recruiting for two opportunities within our Generic Adult Services team - offering flexibility depending on your availability and experience.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive service where youll make a real impact supporting adults above working age. Ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, frontline work.
The age group is working age upwards but you will mainly be working with adults 18+, with a lot of older adults mostly due to ill health, disabilities and cognitive challenges

Youll need:
* Social Work qualification & SWE registration
* Full UK Driving License and access to vehicle
* Adult Social Care experience
* Ability to balance casework and Duty work
