Service Department Assistant - Clacton
Underwoods Motoring in Clacton are looking for an experienced automotive Service operative to provide administrative support to the Service Reception, Warranty and Parts Department, and assist in the smooth running of the Workshop.
The ideal candidate will be a hard working and motivated individual who can provide our customers and Service team with the highest standard of support. The position requires the applicant to work as part of a team, following both Underwoods and the manufacturers guidelines to support an exceptional customer experience.
The duties include: providing the Service Manager, Parts and Warranty departments with day to day support, liaising with the Workshop Controller, preparing and processing paperwork, filing, invoicing completed work, supporting the Service Reception, actioning customer requirements and other administrative duties.
Previous experience in an automotive Service department necessary. Additional experience with either Warranty or Parts departments beneficial. Good communication and IT skills are essential.
The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and take pride in their work providing high levels of customer service, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Underwoods Motoring.
