My client is a 50:50 venture between two FM providers committed to excellence in contract management and operational efficiency and Hard FM. They are working the MOD and delivering housing maintenance works throughout the UK estate.
Your New Role
As the Area Lead for Contract Management and Compliance, you will be at the forefront of our RFCA Estate operations. You will have 5 direct reports placed in various locations operating as account managers. Your responsibilities include:
* Operational Excellence:
* Implementing industry best practices to optimise operational performance.
* Ensuring cost-effective solutions across the designated contract portfolio.
* Providing strong leadership and direction to our Operational Teams.
* Strategic Contract Leadership:
* Taking charge of the RFCA contract within the Operational Area.
* Supporting our business strategy and positioning the contract for growth.
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Regularly assessing contract performance against objectives, budgets, and targets.
* Developing innovative solutions to enhance customer value.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Managing complex relationships with external stakeholders, including DIO and RFCA.
* Ensuring high-quality maintenance services meet contract SLAs and KPIs.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Proven relevant work experience in managing Hard FM contracts.
* Previous success in overseeing contracts within MOD/MOJ, Health, or Prison Services.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical abilities and a track record of driving positive change.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to obtain unrestricted SC Clearance.
* Possession of a full UK driving license.
