Job Description
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
1. Taking a client into Wem town for a coffee, the market, or a trip to the shops
2. Supporting with medication or mobility around the home
3. Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks
4. Offering personal care with dignity and respect
5. Or simply providing companionship and a listening ear
Qualifications
6. Kindness, reliability, and a genuine wish to help others
7. No formal qualifications needed – we’ll provide full training
8. A full UK driving licence is desirable to support clients across Wem and nearby villages
9. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and some weekends
