Senior Planner
BakerHicks is looking for a talented Senior Planner to join our growing team in Manchester. With a strong pipeline of work in defence and power, this is your chance to work on projects that truly make an impact.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage detailed Level 4 programmes from tender stage through delivery.
* Own project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring cost and resource‑loaded plans.
* Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams, project managers, and clients to keep programmes on track.
* Monitor progress, manage change, and issue Clause 32 updates monthly.
* Engage with stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning decisions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven expertise in planning within an engineering design consultancy environment.
* Strong Primavera P6 skills (essential).
* Knowledge of NEC4 contracts and DCMA quality checks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
* Degree‑level education preferred.
* Ability to obtain SC clearance (DV clearance highly desirable).
