Job Title: Team Leader (Children’s Residential Service)
Location: Shard End, B34

Salary: Up to £33,246 including Sleep ins
Hours: Average 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Job Summary:
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Provide effective monitoring, support, and supervision to the staff team, acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
* Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries, and ensure high-standard handovers.
* Provide on-call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
* Ensure all documentation and records are completed according to requirements.
* Maintain positive relationships with children & young people, safeguarding them at all times.

Requirements:
* UK Full Driving Licence
* Basic Computer Skills
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Children’s Residential Services
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in Residential childcare (Minimum 2 years) - Essential
* Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent - Essential
