We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated team player to join our busy Strategy and Transformation Team as a Project Manager. You will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex and significant change projects.
You will have the opportunity to;
1. Work in a forward-thinking Council and within teams that have clear, shared values
2. Work with a range of social care teams, partners and other key stakeholders, helping to ensure they deliver the best services possible
3. Build on your experience of delivering change in complex environments
4. Enhance your Project Management skills, with access to needs driven training, and a focus on personal development to ensure modern and effective practices are delivered throughout the service.
You will have:
5. Degree plus Prince Foundation or higher
6. Proven project management experience
7. Effective communication skills
8. A commitment to improving service delivery
