Our Nursery
Join Busy Bees at our Watford nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity for 46 children. The team is small and dedicated, focused on exceptional care and learning experiences. The nursery is conveniently located near Watford Hospital with excellent transport links. On-site parking is available, and there are nearby train stations within a short walk. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents
* Act as Key Person for a group of children, supporting holistic development and personal care
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintain a clean, secure environment
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and positive relationships with families
