Preconstruction Manager West Midlands £50,000-£55,000 per annum Full Time, Permanent This role sits within an established organisation specialising in the design, manufacture of modular buildings and temporary accommodation solutions. The position has been created to support the transition into a new facility in the West Midlands and strengthen preconstruction capability across key public sector projects. It would suit an experienced preconstruction professional with strong regulatory knowledge who enjoys improving processes and influencing design delivery, particularly within sectors such as education, healthcare and accommodation schemes.
