Home Manager (CQC Registered) Adults with Learning Disabilities Location: Greater London Salary: £42,000 £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Reports to: Regional Operations Manager About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, experienced and values-driven Registered Home Manager to lead our residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Greater London. The home provides 24-hour support for adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and behaviours that may challenge. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced deputy or existing registered manager to take on a leadership role in a highly person-centred environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving continuous improvement across care delivery, staffing, and operational systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership and management of the service, in line with CQC requirements and organisational policies Maintain and hold the CQC registration for the service, ensuring full regulatory compliance at all times Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual support needs Lead, manage, and develop a multidisciplinary team, including recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management Monitor care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding practices, and incident reporting to ensure best outcomes for residents Build strong relationships with residents, families, advocates, and professionals from external agencies Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for audits, inspections, medication, finances and staffing Drive a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion and independence for all individuals supported Maintain the financial health of the home through effective budgeting, staffing and occupancy management Lead on continuous service improvement initiatives and internal/external audits Essential Requirements: Proven experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities, ideally in a CQC-registered setting Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards) In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations, safeguarding legislation, and risk management practices Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to foster a positive team culture and model high professional standards IT literate with working knowledge of care planning and reporting systems Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to undergo an enhanced DBS check What We Offer: Salary of £42,000 £48,000 DOE Performance-related bonuses 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Company pension scheme Extensive training and CPD opportunities Clear progression pathways into senior management Supportive leadership culture and strong organisational values
