We’re Hiring: Assistant Project Manager (Construction)


We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our fast‑growing projects team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career, with a clear progression route to Project Manager.


About the role


This is a construction‑based APM role supporting the delivery of projects across multiple sites. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to travel to sites as needed.


Key responsibilities include:


* Supporting Project Managers with planning, coordination, and delivery of construction works
* Assisting with programme tracking, documentation, and reporting
* Maintaining strong CDM and Health & Safety compliance across projects
* Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
* Supporting M&E coordination where applicable


About you:


* Previous construction trade experience (highly desirable)
* M&E trade background advantageous
* Strong awareness of CDM Regulations and site health & safety
* Dynamic, proactive, and keen to learn and develop
* Comfortable working in a hybrid role and willing to travel
* Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Ambitious, organised, and ready to take the next step in your career
