What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a Test Engineer - Database to join our growing Data Loading & Staging team.
Day to Day You'll Be:
1. Contribute to the test approach for all product roadmap items
2. Write test scripts in line with the agreed test approach and product specification
3. Help organise, specify and carry out testing, both manual and automated, using a variety of tools and techniques.
4. Creation and maintenance of automated regression suites to deliver maximum repeatability and efficiency.
5. Early identification of defects through collaboration andmunication with Product Owners, System Analysts and development team members.
6. Define appropriate test data to support test cases.
7. Lead by example in terms of execution of best testing practices, principles and professionalism.
8. Understand, follow and contribute to the Testmunity of Practice.
Essential Skills & Experience:
9. A collaborative approach to testing, getting involved throughout the development lifecycle.
10. Practical experience of non-functional testing
11. Experience of test automation techniques
12. Demonstrable willingness to learn new technology skills and testing techniques to keep pace with improvements in testing process.
13. Experience of working with data .
14. Some knowledge of SQL.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
