The role
This is a true right-hand role, offering high-level PA support and variety. Youll be trusted, valued, and very much part of the inner workings of the business.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Full diary and calendar management for the MD, including meetings, travel and scheduling
* Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence ahead of meetings
* Coordinating meetings and following up on actions to keep everything moving smoothly
* Acting as a key liaison between the MD and internal teams, clients and external partners
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Developing a strong understanding of the MDs role, relationships and working style to provide seamless support
* Processing expenses, invoices and approvals in line with internal processes
* Being a natural problem-solver and helping keep the day running calmly and efficiently
