What we are looking for: We are looking for a fashion passionate Key Holder to join our team Your main goal as a Key Holder is support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability of the store through motivating the team to provide effective customer service and transmitting enthusiastically the passion for the brand. To make this happen, we need you Key responsibilities of the role: Customer service • Resolve customer inquiries and exceed store expectations. • Supervise transactions at the cash register to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Supervise the team and prioritise all responsibilities to ensure that customer service has priority at all times. Sales • Communicate the sale objectives to the team. • Promote and support sales activities. • Identify, analyse and propose any area of sales development. Financial • Control billings and stock losses within budgets to maximise profits. • Understand the KPIs of the store and take measures to improve them. Image of the store • Maintain the organisation of the store and the visuals according to the image of the company. • Ensure that the store and warehouse are in order. Team / People Management • Motivate the team to achieve results. • Resolve conflicts with team members in an efficient manner. • Identify training needs and supervise staff training. • Conduct information sessions and staff meetings. Professional behavior • Comply with the company's clothing policy. • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues. • Guarantee that the store operates in accordance with current health and safety regulations. Store management • Open and close the store when necessary. • Administrative management. Requirements How we picture you: You are a helpful and kind person, you have a great attitude, you are enthusiastic, and you know how to connect with customers. You are curious about learning new skills and gaining product knowledge and of course, fashion is your passion and you transmit it What you need to succeed in this role: • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail. • English and other languages would be a plus. • Strong team player and commercial mindset. • Amazing communications skills. • Analytical thinking.
