* Negotiation:Assistinnegotiatingoffersbetweenbuyersandsellerstoachievethebestpossibleoutcomesforallpartiesinvolved.
* Compliance:Ensureallactivitiesareconductedinaccordancewithrelevantlegislationandcompanypolicies.

* Experience:PreviousexperienceinEstateAgencyisessential.
* Skills:Strongsales,negotiation,andcommunicationskills;abilitytobuildrapportwithclientsquickly;excellentorganisationalskills;proficiencyinusingsoftwareandCRMsystems.
* Knowledge:Goodunderstandingofthelocalpropertymarketandrelevantlegislation.
