About the Role
Based at Granary Quay, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and building meaningful relationships in a vibrant residential community. You'll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Resident Services Manager and General Manager in managing day-to-day operations across our award-winning Build to Rent development.
From welcoming new residents to ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation, this role places you at the heart of a thriving community where no two days are the same.
Working Pattern:
37.5 hours per week working 5 days across Monday to Sunday on a rota (rota to be discussed at interview)
What You Will Do
* Supporting the Resident Services Manager in the running of the Resident Services Team
* Provide first-class customer service to residents and visitors
* Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs
* Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings
* Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access
* Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure the building runs smoothly
* Support resident events and community engagement initiatives
* Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards
* Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required
* Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times
What You Will Have
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
* Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
* A proactive, positive, and professional approach
* ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided)
