Job Description We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and proactive person to join our team. Knowledge of the Council’s performance strategy and reporting, or Experience of working in strategy and performance management. As part of our team you will lead and support activities that ensure effective performance management across Environment and Infrastructure Services, including: Coordinating and implementing Directorate and Service Plans. Producing high-quality management and committee performance reports. Delivering timely performance updates and insights. Supporting and maintaining performance management systems. Assisting with responses to Freedom of Information (FOISA, EIRs) and Subject Access Requests (SAR). You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues from a range of disciplines while having the confidence to take initiative and work independently. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
